3. Refund Process

If approved:

  • The refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective

  • The item received is incorrect

In such cases, Royaé Official will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to our return policy.
